Field Trip Fair 2004
The 2004 Field Trip Fair was an outstanding success! Teachers from all over the Lower Mainland made the journey to the Shadbolt Centre and participated in the largest and best Field Trip Fair yet. Almost sixty exhibitors were present at the Fair, each showing off their school programs, talking to teachers and giving away free prizes. Exhibitors came from the Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island, the Gulf Islands, the interior of B.C. and even from Washingtom State!
The organizers of the Fair are particularly pleased to announce that twenty teachers won free field trips for their classes (including one round trip bus trip to the Royal BC Museum in Victoria). Potentially over 600 students will be receiving a free field trip experience because their teachers visited the 2004 Field Trip Fair. In two years, the Field Trip Fair has given away almost 1500 field trips! Next year could be your turn.
